Re: Breasts sore!

A few years ago I was plagued by EXTREMELY sore breasts. I wanted to cry every time I had to put a bra on and had a hard time sleeping at night because of them. I went to several doctors and had an ultrasound done of my breasts and it showed I had many cysts. One of my doctors suggested I take Vitamin E (I think it might have been 400 i.u. but I'm really not sure) and a B6 with a B Complex (you should never take a B without a B Complex to balance it or something like that). After a few weeks of this I was pain free! I wasn't a heavy caffeine drinker so cutting back on caffeine didn't help - the vitamins sure did though. You may want to check with your doc on these and see if they might be a good idea for you. One thing I heard recently is that you have to be very careful taking vitamin E if you have liver troubles so do make sure you check with your doc. Hope this helps!
