Hi Jessica,

Was 25mg 2x a day prescribed to see how you tolerate the Spiro? Is your Dr. planning on gradually / eventually upping your dose?

If you don't start to see results of some sort (acne etc) over a month or two, if you are tolerating it ok you might readdress this with your Dr. Many don't see results on a low dosage like that, but everyone is different. (and not everyone handles a higher dose well...)

Is minocycline an antibiotic? Was it prescribed for something else, or for a PCOS related symptom?
