Hi!
Like Victoria just said -- good for you if you are trying to quit
smoking! As for quitting tips -- my husband and our jeweller friend quit
using Zyban. It may not be for everyone but it worked WONDERS for them!
They were both REALLY ready to quit and said that it probably won't work
for you until you're really ready. You work off cigarettes slowly and
my hubby said that after a while he would light one and take a few drags
and would put it out because he had lost the taste for them completely!
Since his quit date he has not had a single cigarette -- it's been two
