Hi!
I just try to remove the hair the best I can! The last response said
what I want to say -- we all feel sad about it too! I'm married and my
huband has no idea how much hair I really have (I've told him but he
doesn't believe it) because I remove it so well and I have to constantly
remove hair! I feel your frustration! There are no easy answers for you!
Are you doing something for the source of your PCOS -- insulin -- such
as low carbing or Glucophage or Meformin? This will help your PCOS at
the source. I agree with the previous gal - you might want to ask your
doctor about anti androgen meds (you must use birth control). They may
not take away all of the hair that you have but they could help you from
getting more hair! Some ladies are also trying the new Rx cream Vaniqua.
Hang in there! You want someone who loves you for YOU, right? Not for
how much hair you have or don't have. You beau may be BALD someday!
Would you stop caring about him if he was? I know this is different
because you're a girl and hair difficulites are not as socially
acceptable for women as they are for men - but take heart! You may have
PCOS but you *ARE* beautiful and SPECIAL!! I'll pray for you! I'm with
you heart to heart, friend! God bless! Tera
