Is there really a generic available now? I thought we didn't have it yet, in the States at least... I recently had my script refilled and I noticed that this new batch was smellier than the last batch. Both times I have had the thick, oval shaped 1000mg pills... Both thimes they were brand name Glucophage... I think of the smell as something in between "smells like fish" and "wet dog." It's ucky. Maybe they do that so no one will forget to put the lid back on the bottle, ha ha...
