Re: LOSS OF LUBRICATIONFrom: jodi (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 14 Feb 2002 11:43:52 -0600 (CST)
Try drinking lots of water throughout the day. It also couldn't hurt to try the vitamin B6 as someone else suggested. Something else to consider, though, is is this an ALL the time thing, or a SOME of the time thing? I used to think I had problems with dryness but what it really was was trying to go along with my hornball bf when I really wasn't in the mood myself. I just don't feel like having sew every single night any more like I did when we first started going out. So now we've cut a deal where, rather than go along with him and either hope I get in the mood or else fake my way along to make him happy, I just say "I am NOT in the mood tonight and I would rather say so now than have to stop partway through and then have both of us lay here feeling akward." On the occasions where I really am in the mood, I don't generally have a problem with dryness. I'm not saying this is your problem, it's just something to consider. - Jodi
