My daughter was diagnosed recently with pcos. 20 yrs old, no periods w\o bcp's since age 16,with all typical symptoms. just went to endo at ucla, he prescribed glucophage and spiro. he said that the other health problems she has struggled with are not pcos related, chronic anemia,mononucleosis,yeast. has anyone had these problems or come across a viral or immune-related connection to pcos?
