Doctors in the Washington D.C. Metro/Bethesda area

Hello all;

I've been browsing the internet doing research on PCOS. My doctors "diagnosed" me a few years ago with the syndrome...but they never actually did any tests. (I'm a little uncomfortable with the lack of testing but at least they gave me a name for it.) At the time, the way to solve the problem was to put me on birth control pills to control my periods. Then I lost a lot of weight and got married. So I went off the pills...hoping that my body would keep itself regulated. That worked okay until last month but now it feels like my body is losing control again. The main reason I'm writing this is to ask for suggestions about physicians in the DC/Bethesda area. I realize you cannot post names or endorese anyone but if someone has had a good experience with an MD or DO, please write to me privately. I'd like to have the guidance of a medical practioneer so I and my husband can deal with this.

Thanks-
Karol
