Rachel are you on any insulin sensitizers to treat the PCOS? If you were diagnosed, my hope is that you are. Those should start helping a great deal with the weight and moodiness. Particularly with the moodiness, at least for me - I am like a different person on them.

Also you may want to try a reduced carb diet. These diets help keep our insulin levels low and steady and that helps with weight loss. It is worth a try I think!
