Dear Kimberly,
I want to thank you so much for your info.
I went to the sites and learned alot.
I posted a message to you earlier, but seem to be having some
difficulites getting my posts on the forum.
I won't go into detail, but you hit the nail on the head.
I read the posts and certainly explains why a woman,at the time,at age
38,would have early signs of heart failure.I am worried that this is
eventually going to take it's toll on my heart.
My resting beat is usually 120.Now,talk some sense to my doctors.
Funny thing too,I read that they give propranol to people with
hyperthyroid and I was on that, and I got worse with my heart.
This was very encouraging and somehow, leads me to believe that possibly
this is definitely a thyroid abnormality.
They sure have checked this gland over and over again.
Think it's time I become more assertive and seek out someone who
specializes in thyroid abnormalities.
I have velvety skin, fine tremour sometimes on my hands,,not shakes, but
the doctor has placed a fine piece of tissue over my hands at times and
they vibtate...that is surely indicitive of hyper..other times,it is not
visible.
I am so overwhemed that not one doctor has looked into this
further.Today,I had my thyroid tests done again, asked the doctor if they
could be fluctuating and he said "unlikely",I tend to think not.
Upper normal is suggestive of hyperthyroidism.
On my way to get more informed and assertive for my next appointment.
I thank you so very much,as I never found a site as interesting as that
one.
It also does show the yoga that I do,,,,very interesting,as this is the
only thing that relaxes me.
Your so correct,I need to research on my own.
God bless you!
