I have always been very hot & sweaty. Just another embarrassing part of being me really. I find I sweat much more when I am nervous but I even sit at work with my fan on in the middle of winter when everyone else is wrapped up in jumpers and scarves. I can't go to pubs and clubs anymore because I get so embarassed when I am a dripping mess in the corner and everybody else looks so cool.

I dread the hot weather when it just runs down my face - I look like I've been running a marathon !!

I always thought it was just because I was overweight but I wonder if it might be hormonal.
