Barbara,

I understand how you feel. For me, it was completely carb related. When I ate carbs, I got really hot, radiating like you said. Now that I have severely limited my carbs, I only get it when I miss a snack, or in the morning before I get up (if I haven't been tightly controlled in the recent days).
