Barbra, I tend to get that way sometimes. I've yet to figure out what triggers it though. I'm only 24, so I know it can't be menopause. Maybe it is hormonal. I don't seem to have it as often as you, but I completely understand the hot and cold flashes and the sweating right after showers. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I'm new to most of this as well. I just thought it would be comforting to know someone else has these same symptoms.
