It sounds like PCOS. The thing that really says PCOS to me is the high LH and high testosterone.

If you have PCOS, you should not have been given BCPs as a treatment. They are great to take as birth control but they are not a treatment for the thing that seems to cause PCOS. Unfortunately, not all doctors are aware of this sine the research is only a couple of years old.

If you were on the pill when you had the tests done a couple of weeks ago, they could have affected the results.

I do not know what you had that would be an IR test. Did you have a Glucose Tolerance Test with insulin levels? If so, what were the results? The results can be within normal range but still be bad.

It really sounds like PCOS just based on what you have said here. You may need to visit http://www.pcosupport.org and see if there is a doctor listed for your area. The doctors on this list should know about PCOS but I cannot guarantee that they are people friendly. What area do you live in? You could also ask if there is someone here who lives in your area then ask who they have found to help them.
