My first baby, 8 yrs ago, I only gained 91/2 pds. My second baby 3 yrs ago, I gained 26 and lost it by the time I left the hospital. My pcos was in full force on both of them, I just didn't know officially that is what I had. My ob/gyn for the second one was not the least bit concerned with my weight, it was never a focus and I weight 293 pre-pregnant and win she was born, 316. Just eat sensibly, which is what I do now and I have gone from 350 to 316 in the last year and a half, and glucopage.
