If you have PCOS, it is highly likely that you will be able to become pregnant. You have not make it clear in your post whether you have PCOS or not. You may want to visit http://www.pcosupport.org .

Especially at 18, it is far more important that you find out what is necessary for your long term health. PCOS can and does lead to diabetes, heart disease and endometrial cancer. You need to wait until you are in your best health before you attempt to get pregnant. It is not fair to the little child you would bring into this world if you are not able to give them your full attention.

Large ovaries could be a number of different things. I need more information to help you further.
