Yes. I also have a biological based anger problem (from time to time).

Prior to taking glucophage I felt irritable all of the time and had to work hard to control my anger (and was mostly sucessful)

This past weekend my temper got really bad again, I felt like a monster, the cause - unexpect sugar in my soup, I think, but also this month I have had zero libido (last month was fine) so I think I didn't ovulate this month and my hormones are out of whack.

I've also experienced anger problems when I was taking too much thyroid hormone replacement - then it was quite severe.

There is a great budhist book on Anger - you can find it at Amazon.
