mmmmm, interesting. I also get up at least once but often twice or more every night. I thought it is just because I have a lot of water at dinner time (which I usually eat pretty late). There is normally a 2 - 3 lb (up to 5 lb max occassionally) difference in my weight between when I got to bed at night and in the morning (after toilet, but before eating).

I had never thought about this before. Interesting to see how many others have this experience.
