I too have the problems with feeling "out of control". I can be physically
aggressive or psychologically (nasty names etc). There are just times when i
lose it, something really good can happen and if i'm in that frame of mind i
will go mad. When i'm not like that everyone says i am a lovely,
kind-hearted person but when i lose it turn into a beast. For me it is
getting worse as my PCOS symptoms get worse.
I (and my boyfriend, for that matter)would be really interested to find out
if your doc has any ideas on ways of controlling this as it is the only
symptom that i am really struggling to live with and my doc doesn't really
have many ideas.
Thanks
Lynsey
