Thanks for the replies.
I am not on a high protein diet. I don't think I'm retaining during the
day. As I wrote, I had this problem before glucophage - but I also had
a really big thirst... Both stopped after glucophage.
I had a bowl of pasta (not al dente) which was high glycemic and I was
kept awake with a slight racing heart (not as much as when I have corn
chips) and I just had to urinate constantly. Now this only happened
with pasta - which I won't be eating anymore.
Life is such a delicate balance when you have IR/PCOS, isn't it?
