hi =)

yes, sometimes i do have trouble with anger. it can be the hormones, an increase in testosterone can cause more aggression, and if your blood sugar and insulin are in a constant state of flux it can cause much irritation. i can tell you that once i got my blood sugars and insulin under control i felt much better. and i did see a difference as my testosterone fell. but i believe that sometimes the social impact of PCOS in someone's life can cause long lasting emotional damage, and that can sometimes lead to anger problems.

so, what has helped me is getting PCOS under control. and i have been on paxil in the past. paxil was a godsend. it is the only time in my life that i felt like ME, not like some monster ready to burst out. in addition to these, you may benefit from counseling, i know that i have in the past.

i hope this helps =)

love, paula
