Ok for most ppl although some do better lower... but not much

Ratio is way off... should be roughly 1:1 I hear, yours is 1:4 - PCOS signal

Too high. My endocrinologist says anything over 50 is bad. Were you on birth control pills while these levels were drawn? BCPs further lower testosterone so... your normal levels could be much higher.

I would suggest finding a dr. that will put you on some glucophage ... your testosterone level isn't high enough to warrant a purely testosterone-lowering drug (I don't think) so the gluco should be enough... if it works for you.

If you had trouble w/it in the past, don't go on it. It will probably give you more trouble. Some women benefit from bcp... some don't.
