Hi ladies...okay, my two cents worth ! Please be careful when low-carbing or no-carbing it. I have read so so so much about this in the past several years and have done it myself...or rather tried to. I first off think that it is not a 'diet' but rather a lifestlye, if you do this for say 6 months and then eat pasta, etc. the weight will not walk back, but rather run back to you. Make sure you eat some veggies and whole grains and do take a good muti-vitamin. A good website to check out is Dr.Mirkin.com. His wife is a nutritionalist and she provides some great advice and recipes for healthy lower carbing. Good luck to you all...and please do be careful.
