I was primary care-giver to my father in law,who passed away from Adeno Carcinoma metasticizing cancer.

He had been going thru three years, being told that he had recurrent bladder infections and was given anti-biotics over three years,at intervals.

I am going to make this short---after being rushed to ER several times....they finally did a biopsy and found a tumour the size of a grapefruit on his bladder and said it originated from the bowel.

They had performed an opertaion and said it was a success..accept he still had a few tiny tumours in his bowel. I am in possession of his final diagnosis regarding his pathology report, and really,it was very difficult for myself and my husband to understand it,even with the help of the oncologist.

In summary-I assume-that what they are saying is that the primary cancer could have been in the endometrium and spread to the ovary. There is primary and secondary cancers/tumours. Metastasizing, means that it spreads. It does appear that you will most likely be going in again for further testing,as my father in law did.It does appear that yours did spread and could still spread.I am no oncologist-believe me,but your report,--mind you--different than that of my father in law's..does have similar medical terms.

I know how you must be feeling, not knowing what all that medical jargan means, and if I were you, there would be no harm done,in calling the surgeon who performed the biopsy and ask him.I did for my father in law.

.Please don't get discouraged...

YOu are in my thoughts and prayers during this time.
