When my PCOS was first diagnosed my doctor put me on birth control for
two months straight (no stop for bleeding). It didn't clear up my cysts
very much but I did ovulate with the first clomid try (100mg) and get
pregnant on the second. Now, since I was ovulating on my own I was
using the clomid just to regulate my cycles and hopefully ovulate every
month. My cycles have gone from 34-35 days to 30 with the clomid. Maybe
there is something to the birth control thing.
