HI Zan,is your doctor doing anything else to monitor ovulation? It is important to monitor woman with PCOS very close because we are at risk for hyperstimulation even with just clomid..also some of us do not respond to lower dosages of Clomid...Ultrasounds are usefull to find out if anything is happening at all..along with a progesterone only at CD 21 to see if you actually Ovulated.4 months at 50mg and no pregnancy seems to me would be an indication also to have your clomid dosage upped and ultrasounds done.Have you contacted Standrord REI yet?They explain this all very well.Also I don't temp chart because I ALWAYS have a low temp no matter what so it doesnt work for me but I have found that the clear blue easy OPK that Dr Cataldo recommended worked well for me this month.
