Re: Circulation problems?

Actually, it's not been just at night, it's usually started at night, I have had it even when walking and it's been painful. I sit at a desk all day and I know I sit poorly - I set cross legged too often cutting off circulation, but I never had such a problem with it before.

I am not diabetic (knock on wood) I do have IR.

I will let the doc know about it. I was just wondering if others experience this who don't have diabetes. I am quite concerned about getting it.

Thanks
