Do your legs swell up and get numb? I have this as well. Mine is caused from two things 1 being overweight 2 having diabetes

I find that the best thing is to keep moving. that excersice should help a lot. Also if it becomes painful or if it happens at night at bed time try putting your legs up (elevate with a pillow or cusion) That is about all I can say on that.
