For me, my hotness is related to food. If I eat carbs I get very hot. I mean that you can hold your hand 6 inches away from my arm and feel the heat radiating. I also have that symptom if I don't have a protein snack regularly (hourly). But, give me a piece of cheese, and I'm fine 5 minutes later.

It's a sign of my overall control, also. If I'm cool enough to snuggle in the morning, then I've been well controlled. :-D
