No. It just increases the chances. It's not required. Interesting, because of this, if a woman is having an affair, and gets pregnant, it's more likely to be the lover's child than the husband's, since there is more likely to be an orgasm with the lover (the excitment of the illicit act, the increased attention, the reason for the affair in the first place, etc.).
