Callie the ovaries are just one victim in your body to PCOS, they don't cause it. A hyster won't solve your PCOS, in fact it may make it worse. Getting the right treatment, if you're not already, would be a good start.

Search the archives under "hysterectomy," there are a lot of comments about this over time.
