It could be part of hyperthyroid, and we PCOS'ers often have trouble with thyroid stuff. I was ALWAYS cold (I had 5 heaters running in our little 2-bedroom apartment) until I started thyroid meds. Now, although my bloodwork and other thyroid symptoms are just right, I start sweating at about 68 degrees!
