Hi Marie....you have found the best place to be. The girls here are so
helpful and know so much about this condition. You are right to say
that not everyone has had luck with metformin...but until you try
it...it may work wonders for you. I am in the same boat with you, but I
have no kids yet, I'm still standing on my head!! I am sooo overweight
and sometimes I cry about wanting kids and if I will be able to get down
on the floor to play with them, then the guilt comes in that maybe I
shouldn't have them at all. It's so hard... I know how you feel.
Give the met a try and if it doesn't work for you, try avandia
or....duh....the other one I can't think of right now. Don't give up
yet....a little bit of fight can go along way with pcos. Actos....is
the other one.
Good luck and stay informed....that's the best place to start.
