If you happen to have a retroverted uterus (40% of women do and I am one of them), what I have found out is the best thing to do is lay on your stomach and elevate your bottom. This is the same thing you mentioned about elevating hips, but the opposite for those of us that need the sperm to travel the other way. All the best!
