Hello, and I have a couple of questions.

Hello. I have recently met a friend who has PCOS. Through a discussion, I have come the realization that I may have PCOS myself. I am a little bit mystified by this, as PCOS has never been discussed by my OB/GYN. Could someoneor several someones give me some advice on possible courses of treatments? I have had the blood tests done, but no results yet. I had a fasting insulin and glucose test, but not the timed glucose tolerance tests, testosterone levels, the female hormone levels and cholesterol and thyroid tests. Hopefully, when the results come back, I will be a little clearer as to what my plan of attack should be. Can anyone help me? I'd appreciate it, VERY much! Thanks in advance.
