Hi!

You know, I totally agree. Your post is very encouraging as I need to start doing what you are doing. My cousin who also has PCOS just lost a ton of weight but as she found out - PCOS ladies usually have a much more difficult time losing the weight than the general population. Exercise definately gave her the edge. She said that she doesn't always like it but when she stops she puts weight back on. Her thing is Tae Bo (sp?) - LOTS of it. As much as an hour or more a day! I just saw her at Christmas and she looks awesome! She's at her goal weight and looked great in tight pants! You can do it, PCOS ladies! But it is a lot of hard work for us and it takes commitment! Thanks for your story. You may want to post your message on the diet forum as well! God bless! Tera
