Hi girls...thanks for the input. I talked it over with my hubby again last night and we went through website after website about it. My head is spinning even more. I just can't see myself as getting thinner without drastic help...or surgery. Yes, being thinner is for esthetic reasons...but for my health also. We are trying to have kids now or adopt...but man....I'm not sure I have the energy now to chase them, or even get on the floor to play. Heaven knows I couldn't get on a ride at the fair with them. I do understand that surgery will not cure my pcos...I really do understand that...however, losing weight will drop the insulin....that's what we are all being told right? And...losing weight dropping insulin will help me feel better...and maybe even get a period. I'm off to work now and I know as I drive many many miles this week...this will be on my brain. I look forward to checking back with you all next week about this. Thanks so much for letting me vent. Bonnie
