This information is provided by the American Health Information Management Association. Here's the link: http://www.ahima.org/consumer/index.html. If you go back to their homepage you also will be able to find the address and phone numbers as well as the e-mail adress for the Medical Records' Association in your State. This Association can give you a lot of info about the laws in relation access of medical records in your State.
