Add to that the fact that grain products are a major source of B12, folic acid, and the other B's, that's a great idea. I take a stress vitamin blend that has all the B's, plus C, E, an a touch of pantothenic acid. I take that in addition to a regular multivitamin, an extra E (to help with lipid/cholesterol control), and an omega-3 pill (for the same reason, plus it helps nerve fibers for the myelination). All this in addition to my PCOS meds. Ugh!

I get my vitamins from Trader Joe's because they have pills without starch, sugar, or yeast. Most other vitamins use starch for the filler, and have sugar so they taste "better." I did get a multi-vitamin from Rite Aid without starch or sugar as well. Just look at the labels. It's not much in there, but if I can avoid an unneeded gram or two, all the better for me.
