most definitely. I have found amazing results from the proper nutritional supplements. I started taking some Atkins diet supplements a couple days ago and have been really feeling normal energy level wise since then.

I think that with the IR/PCOS my body is not getting the proper nutrition because it can't digest its food properly so I am always tired and rundown. With the supplements I am well rounded nutritionally!

Also have the DR check your progesterone/estrogen levels because an estrogen dominance as someone just posted earlier on this board can cause lumps in breasts, and is associated with PCOS. You may want to try progesterone replacement therapy such as with some natural cream.
