Hi. I am able to answer one of your questions.

First you said you were diagnosed with pcos awhile back. But you didn't mention if you were on any medication or special program for it.

Chronic fatigue was a major pcos symptom for me. In my case, the ups and downs created by insulin resistance was the cause of my fatigue. I was diagnosed with IR finally with a glucose level of 71 (low normal) and insulin 20 (over 10). When I began a small dose of glucophage twice a day, my fatigue, among other things, disappeared. I can now also eat a very balanced diet and exercise 4 days a week, preferably in the morning after breakfast. I also take Demulen 35 (a bcp).
