I was told to take a tablespoon evertime I took an anti-biotic and that restores the colonic bacteria, also remedy for thrush. I know that I do have a half a cup of the plain yogurt a day for the last year and a half and have not developed one infection. Hope this helps and it is easy. I always had a candida infection,,not anymore!
