hi, here is another pcos thing i didnt even realize. i have had horrid bleeding and huge clots for several years now (about the same as the rest of all these wonderful symptoms). i kept asking and kept not really getting an answer for the clots, they would just do a ultrasound or blood test. now i know, this too can be "normal" for us just a hint to you, after a while of the heavy bleeding i started craving ice, bags & bags of ice, about 1 1/2 a week, but since i started regularly taking iron my cravings have left me. apparently my hemoglobin(sp) was ok, but, i feel much better now that i take the iron. liz
