That makes lots of sense, Belle. Thanks for explaining it to me. I kind of feel like I am acting like a big baby asking doctors to do these tests and asking for medicine for something that isn't obvious. Do you know what I mean? Your explanation makes me feel better and helps me convince myself that my requests should be met and that I am not imagining things. >

hmm... So I can't get accurate LH and FSH results while on the pill. Your source is good. Thank you. I asked my last endocrinologist such questions (like how will being off the pill for two instead of three months impact my results) but he didn't seem to care. Based on that experience, I just want a source that backs me up.

That is interesting that bcps impact glucose metabolism. Do you have a link for this? I would like to read more about it. It is interesting because my unwanted hair growth slows on the pill. Panacea (others too) also said that her unwanted hair grows more when not on the pill but that she has more hair (scalp hair I assume). It is weird that it can have opposite effects like that. Makes me want to learn more.
