I have to admit that I'm totally confused about the weight gain too. How do you know when it starts happening? What causes it to happen? Were most of you within a healthy range for your heights and then suddenly there was a shift or was it gradual? I really don't have any weight problems (swollen belly, that's it, but completely normal weight) and I constantly worry that I'll just wake up one day and suddenly not be able to keep the weight off. Granted I stress about EVERYTHING so... Anyway, does anyone have any idea of what they think causes the change to gaining weight and how old were most of you when you started to gain weight. I'm just wondering if t there's some sort of pattern or if it's completely individualistic... Cheers!
