I have been drinking lemon water and it does seem to help with the bloating in my belly to a degree, but not as much as I would like it too. NO sugar in it,of course. Sometimes I feel really badly complaining about my abdominal obesity, which in reality,I was told,is not bad at all,but it is to me.The rest of my body is fine and I thank god that I don't presently suffer with the weight problems that so many of you have with this syndrome. But,I think that the weight gain that I have had the past year,is a clear indicator of PCOS,without the fat.....I am a strange case for sure. You see,I suffered from my heart going into a failure mode, but apparantly shows now that it is normal.I did have what is called "ascites" in my stomach related to fluid build-up from my heart.I have the severe pitting edema in my ankles and stomach, and that is something that I just may have to put up with for the rest of my life.Doctor's don't have answers for me. I assumed since they say my heart is normal, that I should not have these problems, which are a major sign of heart disease and of course the belly problems, due to PCOS. One thing that really works for me is "hawthorn tea".It also is very calming and rids of excess water. I must admit, though,a sceptic at first, that the colloidal silver is really helping me.Maybe it is just me,as everyone responds differently. I do yoga, and I do specific leg raises that are supposed to firm up the old tummy, but I must admit that yoga can be extremely difficult at first, but after just a couple of weaks of really getting the knack of it,the hour yoga session goes by so quickly and the best part is the deep relaxation at the end, where I always fall asleep. May I ask you this?-Does your abdomen relent at times,or is it always pretty much inflated?Mine is pretty much flat in the morning. But after just a couple of hours being up,having a light breakfast, which consists of no fat yogurt, some soy protein beverage, and strawberries all mixed in a blender.....my tummy is like.......I-N-F-L-A-T-E-D!!!!AND I MEAN LIKE A FEW MONTHS PREGANT,especially since the rest of me is normal.I kinda have that look of the starving kids in africa,if you know what I mean, but not thin, just that out of porportioned look. Hope this helps some. If you have any ideas,I would luv to hear from you too. Would appreciate anything,as it interfers with my breathing when it is distended. Also, there is no way on earth that I can sleep on my tummy. p*****'s me off. I know I have worse issues to be complaining about, but hey,at least this helps me get my mind off my other darned aches, pains and problems. See,I damn near wrote a book again....I just cannot stop when I stop and it is that time now here -two a.m and I am hyper ass hell!!!!! ((((((((hugs))))))))
