Hi Sonnet,
I tell people that I have Stein-Leventhal Disease, and that is what I
think this disorder should be called. I think that the original
scientists who discovered the published research about the disorder
should be given credit - it was called Stein-Leventhal Disease until the
1980's when someone else decided it was pcos.
Another doctor has decided the whole disorder should be called Syndrome

Stein and Leventhal made the first discovery and did the first research,
they get my vote for first name.
