I finally got my test results from my N.P. She originally thought I had pcos based on my symptoms. When my ultrasound only showed one cyst on the right ovary she changed her mind. My testosterone was high, my FSH was 4 and my LH was 6.9. She said my estrogen was in a good midrange. I have read that the FSH:LH should be 1:1 and mine obviously is a bit off. My tests were also not done on day 3 but on day 1 (spotting...really started next day) Should I have the tests redone...see another dr...what? I am not satisfied with my care at this point. Right now she does not want to do anything for my irregular periods because of my high blood pressure. She also has not looked for other reasons for the high testosterone.
