Hi there! :) I am on Spiro as well.100 mg once a day. I had quite a problem with spotting when I first started taking it. My Dr. said that it was normal and it often subsides once your body adjusts a bit. I have been taking it for a few months now and DO find that it has pretty much disappeared.
