Sorry to hear you're going thru all of this!

Have you had your progesterone levels checked? Low levels (common with PCOS) are VERY OFTEN the cause of miscarriages. This is NOT tested for regularly which is why many women have MULTIPLE miscarriages before being diagnosed. Miscarriage can sometimes be avoided IF treatment for the progesterone levels is started soon enough.

You mention your hcg levels, has the Dr. been able to find / monitor a heartbeat yet? Is the fetus measuring small or on target?
